 first and foremost i'd like to make a simple point: john is a canon. this means that i have to be careful about what sort of plots i get him into so that i do not veer away from the character. he will never, ever fall in love with your character. they will never get married and have a billions kids. he will not get your character pregnant and no you can't be his family. this is simple because i do not want to butcher his dearest self as a character. besides that? go nuts. this guy is bound to meet just about anyone or maybe have had a past run in with them.
TREE & BIO
 avis is your everyday girl. she snorts when she laughs, she's just a bit too nosy and she always has something to say. if you want your character to know a down-to-earth chick who is just looking to do what she loves at torchwood, then she's your girl. avis is often very lonely and loves to meet new people. she does not have many friends and her brother is currently tangled up in being addicted to alien drugs; which got her to know what torchwood was in the first place.
TREE & BIO
 lando makes a habit out of being just plain strange and, not so ironically, alien to most people. he has his own breed of logic and normal, sees the beauty and intricate details of the most random things, and on occasional feasts happily on flesh. he is a former time agent, was picked up by old torchwood and only kept alive to be a test subject of theirs, and now has returned after eight years since losing his time agency partner. he wanders around a lot, so anyone torchwood, time agency, a civilian UNIT or whatever has the chance to meet him. hint: he usually meets people in the worst possible way or at the worst possible time and it is usually quite embarrassing.

...I mean, I have an idea for a Mihira/John thread ^_^ Fiver will appear as a NPC in it but it will be mostly Mihi/John
Basically, she has been unconscious in the autopsy room since they got her under control, ad Fiver is just waking her up and sorting out her reactions to people - programming her with what they're names are and who she has to obey etc
John being her handler he would be there, and myabe he can sho her around or feed her or...something!
since she's gonna effectivly his partner, he would prolly want to suss her out, see if he can push her buttons.
